I can't eat anything?

I recently bought diet pills. Well yesterday I woke up feeling extremely nauseated (before I even took the very first pill from the bottle) but I decided to eat breakfast then take the pill anyway. After that I still felt sick but everything started tasting and smelling like sour cream (which I hate by the way) so now I feel like I can't eat anything because of the taste and if I do I can't eat much of anything. How do I get this awful taste of my mouth?
