Peak hour traffic on A40/M40 between Brent and High Wycombe?

Is the west bound section of the A40 and M40 from Brent to High Wycombe busy and slow moving during morning peak traffic hours? Also is the same section of road busy east bound during the evening peak hours? Thanks for any help with this.
