Can hunger give you REALLY bad stomach pains?

You shouldn't be throwing up if you're hungry. Nausea makes sense, and so does intense pain. It could be heartburn/acid reflux. This condition makes your throw up when you are very hungry. TUMS is very helpful when you're experiencing these pains. See a doctor if you're unable to control the pains with acid reflux medicines.
