Feral kitten bite. Worried about my mom.?

About half an hour ago I let my dogs outside and they ended up cornering this stray --albeit feral-- kitten. I'm severely allergic to cats and I knew if it had clawed me it would be trouble, so my mom grabbed it instead. Weelll it bit her, and now I'm concerned. it wasn't a terrible bite, and she just cleaned it and put some Neosporin on it. The kitten seemed really young and wasn't aggressive (I found it a few minutes ago hiding from the rain on my front porch. When I got close to it it just stared at me and then ran away), but I'm still concerned. Should she go to the doctor?
