Need help please? Negative test but all the symptoms?

I took a test yesterday and it came back negative, I was due on my period on the 6th June and it never came.. I got a light brown discharge with pink spots in it 3days after i was due on and it lasted 3 days. These past 4 days my nipples have been really tender to the slightest touch or brush and this morning i woke up feeling nauseated and really crampey. Can somebody give me some opinions please :) Thanks :)
