Should Raffi Torres be suspended?

His hit on Brent Seabrook just now had the announcers up in arms. He got 2 minutes for interference. I don't know much about the legality of headshots, and I can't tell if Torres hit Seabrook's head or not.. Do you think he deserves a suspension, and if so, how long should he be out for?
